How do I return an item?

We've made returns even easier! Simply go to www.happynurseshop.com/returns and follow the easy online instructions to print your return label.

Don't Forget:

  • Product(s) must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. Laundered items will not be accepted for return unless defective.
  • Please include a copy of your return request or invoice. If you send the original, it will not be returned.

Please Note: If you are not using a pre-paid label via our website, your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Due to health codes, opened stethoscopes may not be returned unless the manufacturer's defect. Returned stethoscopes must be in their original, unused condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Please do not use the product box as a shipping container, this will cause the item to be unsaleable and no refund will be given. If your items are not in new resalable condition with tags attached (unless defective), no refund or credit will be issued.

Due to health codes, face masks and support/fashion hosiery may not be returned except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

Software, electronic books, and books including software that has been opened may NOT be returned except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

What is Happy Nurse shop return policy?

We have a few rules you might want to know about. No, not the "try and stay off your feet" kind, or the "no running or exercise for a week" type. Our rules pertain to product returns, exchanges, and replacements. Items that you're not 100% satisfied with can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items marked Final Sale items and special orders not listed on the website are non-returnable and non-refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise, no questions asked.

Laundered garments that are purchased new and showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.

All gently used garmets are final sales and not returnable.

All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. If your items are not in new resalable condition with tags attached (unless defective), no refund or credit will be issued.

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.

What if my item defective, broken or needs repair?

Happy Nurse Shop partners with reputable manufacturers who stand by their products. However, on rare occasions, a product can have a defect that was undetected by the manufacturer or that becomes apparent during use. If a product you've purchased from Happy Nurse Shop has a manufacturing defect, please message here for assistance with your replacement.

For repair, maintenance, and warranty services that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received we will notify you via email that we are processing your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment.

  • If you paid with Merchandise Credit, your refund will be given as Merchandise Credit. We cannot refund a credit card for orders placed with Merchandise Credit.
  • If your order was paid by debit or credit card, we will refund the original card. We are unable to refund a different credit card than the one used in the order.
  • If you paid by check or money order, allow 3-4 weeks for your refund check to arrive.
  • If you paid by Voucher or Gift Card, the refund will be given as Merchandise Credit on your account.

Pre-paid return labels are not available for orders/merchandise being returned from locations outside of the continental US and APO/FPO locations, including AK, HI, and PR. These packages must be sent postage-paid by the customer. In addition, if you do not have access to an email address or are unable to print the pre-paid shipping label your package must be sent postage-paid by the customer.

In the event, that you receive the wrong or defective merchandise, a replacement will be issued to you at no cost. Please message us here. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse (if requested) within 14 days of the return request to complete the transaction. If merchandise is not received within 14 days, your account will be placed on hold until either the merchandise or payment is received.
